Job summary

Alfred Coffee in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Shift Lead to support daily cafe operations and guide the team during busy shifts. You will partner with cafe leadership to uphold hospitality standards and ensure consistent service and product quality.

You will coach teammates, manage floor flow, and help with staffing while maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in cafe, food service, or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
