Alfred Coffee in Los Angeles is seeking a Full-Time Shift Lead to support daily cafe operations at the Larchmont location. You will help lead the team through busy shifts, uphold service standards, and ensure consistency in quality and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous cafe, coffee, or restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and hospitality.
• Ability to lead during busy shifts.
• Willingness to train and coach team.

Responsabilités

• Lead hospitality and uphold Alfred service standards.
• Provide confident leadership during shifts to ensure smooth cafe operations.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and model customer engagement.
• Address guest questions and escalated situations in line with Alfred standards.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages, food items, and service standards.
• Support onboarding and training through coaching and feedback.
• Develop barista product knowledge including origins, flavors, and techniques.
• Assist management with staffing, floor coverage, and shift flow decisions.
• Delegate tasks and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
