Haggo’s Organic Tacos in San Clemente is seeking a Shift Lead to assist the management team in directing daily store operations, maintaining guest service standards, and ensuring food quality, speed, and clean execution.

The role involves working across FOH and BOH, handling cash, ensuring health code compliance, and leading a positive team culture. Must be 18+, have basic math, and hold a CA Food Handler Card; RBS certification within 60 days is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience in high-volume environments; supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic math for POS transactions; fluent English; Conversational Spanish is a plus.
• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol; California Food Handler Card required.
• Active California ABC RBS certification within first 60 days.
• Working knowledge of POS systems (Square POS) and scheduling software (7shifts) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily store operations and uphold high guest service standards and food quality.
• Lead on FOH/BOH, manage cash handling and POS operations, and ensure accurate shift payouts.
• Maintain health code compliance and foster a safe, clean, and positive team environment.
• Oversee shifts, train staff, and enforce safety and sanitation policies.
• Assist with line prep, beverage service, and inventory restocking as needed.
