Habit Burger & Grill in Selma, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee all FOH & BOH functions and ensure a smooth shift. You will work with the management team to meet food, labor costs, sales goals, and uphold health and safety standards.

You will greet guests, resolve requests, assist in hiring and training FOH staff, and ensure adherence to standards. The role requires leadership, strong customer service, basic math, and proficiency with standard computer systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in related food service management or 2 years in another food service position.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Manager Certification or ServSafe certification required.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and training.

Responsibilities
