Super Taco in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily restaurant operations, support both kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, and ensure top‑notch guest service. This full‑time role offers leadership growth in a fast‑paced environment.

You will oversee staff, help with training and schedules, monitor inventory and performance targets, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. A flexible schedule and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Current food handler’s card and RBS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work diverse shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in the absence of managers.
• Maintain quality, cleanliness and safety across the restaurant and bar areas.
• Support payroll, paperwork and HR duties as needed.
• Lead interview, training, scheduling and evaluation of staff.
• Ensure guest service excellence and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and food safety compliance.
