Joe & The Juice in New York City is seeking a Shift Supervisor who can energize the store, manage daily operations, and keep guests smiling during fast‑paced service.

Lead the shift, support the team, uphold our Pink Standards, and help hit sales targets while growing your leadership skills through our Moneyball career path. This role supports opportunities to advance across cities and roles in a vibrant, people‑first culture.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Operations: Follow the DCWF and monitor store traffic, assign tasks, give feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists, keep store clean and safe, report issues.
• Team Training: Support new juicers with Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support sales performance.
