Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant/retail or hospitality experience, leadership preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Leads by doing and stays composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and comfortable using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room roles as needed.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and ensure a great guest experience.
• Coach and motivate crew to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
