Job summary

Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza II is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in delivering great customer service and profitability. You will supervise shifts, coach staff, and ensure adherence to all policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include cash handling, opening/closing processes, recruiting and training, and maintaining image and cleanliness across the operation. This role requires strong communication and leadership under fast-paced conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and meet background verification guidelines.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach colleagues during shifts to meet goals and standards.
• Assist the General Manager in managing customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling compliance.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and labor to control expenses.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members for performance growth.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and image standards are maintained.
