Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• Be dependable, hardworking and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers with correct, complete orders within service time goals.
• Prepare and ensure consistent, high-quality products are served.
• Maintain image and comply with policies and standards.
• Clean and organize work stations and follow health department rules.
• Perform cash handling and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Coach and supervise colleagues to meet duties and deadlines.
• Support opening/closing procedures and paperwork as directed by management.
• Assist in recruiting and training efforts as needed.
