Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Background check may be required by policy.
• Valid driver’s license preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks without managerial duties.
• Direct team during shifts as delegated by site management.
• Escalate staffing or customer issues to Site Manager.
• Greet customers and promote programs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of car wash packages and promotions.
• Operate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit for safety and quality.
• Delegate tasks and monitor workflow for efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.
• Open/close procedures per company protocols; security under management.
• Serve as a keyholder and assist in opening/closing.
• Address customer issues or escalate as needed.
