Job summary

Del Taco is seeking a Shift Manager to support store leadership and empower teammates to deliver an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will assist the General Manager with training, staffing, and day-to-day operations, helping to grow a high-performing team within a franchisee-owned setting.

You will supervise shifts, ensure quality and service standards, manage safety and costs, and promote an Employer of Choice culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in quick service or guest service leadership.
• Proven ability to lead teams and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Experience supervising shifts and training staff.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic math.
• English proficiency and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team during shifts to ensure quality and service.
• Assist GM with training and staffing decisions.
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and company policies.
• Explain menu items and handle guest questions accurately.
