Qualifications

• 1-2 years in quick service or guest service leadership.
• Experience leading and training staff to deliver quality service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic business math.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team to meet quality, guest service, and safety goals.
• Assist GM with shift execution and policy adherence.
• Explain menu items to guests accurately.
• Use POS to record orders and handle payments.
