Qualifications

• 1-2 years in quick service restaurant or guest service leadership role.
• Ability to train and lead staff to deliver quality guest service.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with follow-through.
• Comfort with POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong English communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team and support GM in achieving quality, guest service, and cost targets.
• Run shifts and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Know all work station functions and related paperwork for recording and monitoring tasks.
• Supervise 1 to 7 team members.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards.
• Foster an Employer of Choice environment and provide leadership and training.
• Assist GM in staffing decisions, interviewing, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Deliver results in quality, guest service, safety, cleanliness, and product prep.
