Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Indianapolis is seeking a Shift Leader to provide coverage during peak periods and support the management team. You will open and close the restaurant, handle paperwork, run a mid-shift, and supervise Team Members to ensure exceptional guest service.

The qualifications include minimum 21 years of age, Wing Certified Trainer certification in at least one hourly position, and Shift Leader certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age and certified trainer in at least one hourly position.
• Shift Leader certification required; Wing Certified Trainer certification preferred.
• Prior experience managing others or two years with Buffalo Wild Wings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% table visits and resolve guest issues throughout the shift.
• Lead and coach Team Members to improve performance.
• Open and close the restaurant, including required paperwork.
• Run a mid-shift and manage shift change paperwork.
• Monitor food quality, labor, and safety across the shift.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and supervise service standards.
• Monitor guest safety and responsible alcohol service.
