The role requires 21+ years old, Wing Certified Trainer certification, and Shift Leader training, with preferred background in management and Buffalo Wild Wings operations.

Formación

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Certification as a Wing Certified Trainer in at least one hourly position.
• Completion of Shift Leader certification.

Responsabilidades

• Follow service time guidelines at all times while engaging guests and customizing their experience.
• Ensure 100% of table visits are performed and Guest issues are resolved during the shift.
• Maintain a positive work relationship with management to achieve shift results.
• Interact with Guests to monitor their needs and provide friendly service.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and ensure satisfaction.
