Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Certification as a Wing Certified Trainer in at least one hourly position.
• Completion of Shift Leader certification.
• Prior experience managing others or two years of Buffalo Wild Wings experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of table visits are performed and guest issues resolved.
• Lead and coach Team Members to improve performance.
• Support front-of-house and heart-of-house teams and manage administrative tasks.
• Open and close the restaurant and handle required paperwork.
• Run mid-shift and perform shift changes with proper documentation.
• Monitor labor, food quality, safety, and compliance throughout the shift.
