Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Brownsburg, IN seeks a skilled shift leader to support the management team and provide coverage during peak periods. You will lead Team Members, ensure table visits and Guest issue resolution, and maintain safety and food quality throughout the shift.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of restaurant operations. You will open/close, balance cash, and help drive sales while coaching staff and coordinating with Front of House and Heart of House

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team facilitation skills with both peers and managers.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, safety, and service standards.
Ability to coach, direct, and align team with company objectives.
Familiarity with current marketing initiatives and events for guest engagement.
Understanding of sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
Basic math skills for cash handling and reporting.
Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) guidelines.

Responsibilities

Ensure 100% of table visits are completed and guest issues resolved during the shift.
Lead and coach Team Members; drive guest satisfaction and sales.
Open/close restaurant and complete required paperwork.
Run mid-shift and manage shift changes with proper documentation.
Perform cash drawer counts and safe audits; monitor bar and heart-of-house checks.
Manage labors and monitor food quality, safety, and guest service.
Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate shift highlights daily.
