Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Lead to help manage daily restaurant operations, coach Team Members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role concentrates on operational excellence, maintaining food safety standards, driving sales, and fostering a positive, high-energy team environment.

You will lead pre-shift meetings, monitor labor and service levels, support hiring and training, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain food safety and alcohol service certifications.
• Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant leadership preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Coach, develop, and support Team Members to drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and company standards.
• Monitor labor, service, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide real-time coaching.
• Support hiring, training, and retention of Team Members.
• Promote sales initiatives and loyalty programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
