Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Certified Wing Trainer in at least one hourly position.
• Shift Leader certification completed.
• Preferred: prior management experience, or Buffalo Wild Wings exposure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of table visits and guest issues are resolved during shift.
• Lead and coach Team Members to meet standards.
• Open and close the restaurant and complete paperwork.
• Monitor labor, safety, and food quality throughout the shift.
• Address guest complaints and maintain service quality.
