Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams at our travel plazas. You will ensure exceptional customer service, enforce brand standards and food safety, and support training for new team members.

The role requires cash handling and a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor with customers and staff. This position involves opening, closing, POS operations, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the unit.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed and stock, prep, and cleaning tasks.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and maintain product knowledge.
• Assist in training new team members and ensure brand standards.
