Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and enforce brand standards and food safety. The role includes training new hires and monitoring cash handling policies.

You will oversee opening/closing tasks, operate the POS system, and maintain product quality and cleanliness while actively engaging with travelers and coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
