Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Seattle to lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and ensure standards are met. You will guide the squad, deliver the best MOD experience, and support management in daily tasks.

The role emphasizes deployment of staff, adherence to processes, and delivering guest satisfaction. Compensation includes hourly pay with tips, benefits eligibility, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead others.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards; coach compassionately.
• Calming presence during high volume periods.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure the squad is properly deployed and tasks are performed to standard.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment, including online ordering and customer review systems.
• Ensure food safety practices in back and front of house.
• Address squad and guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage shift cash handling, refunds, and banking.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow shift checklists and use available tools to meet requirements on time.
• Stay updated via email on information from Slice and other sources to help the squad perform well.
