Krystal is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and drive the brand vision. You will help select, train and coach staff to deliver great guest experiences, while maintaining cash, inventory and labor controls during shifts.

You will model Krystal's values, resolve customer issues, and ensure food safety standards, staffing, and performance management processes align with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Servsafe certification required and a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and related systems.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Krystal Core Values while training and recognizing A+ talent.
• Supports management in cash, inventory, labor and food control during shifts.
• Resolves customer issues and ensures service standards are met.
• Ensures food safety standards through direct observation during shifts.
