Job summary

Krystal is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and uphold the Brand Vision, Mission and Promise. You’ll work with the management team to train and coach top performers, ensure food safety, and drive performance across People, Customer, Sales and Profit.

You’ll help execute plans, resolve guest issues, and model Krystal’s core values while maintaining high standards of service and adherence to company procedures.
