Job summary

• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and assists with pricing, merchandising, and displays.
• Assists with vendor deliveries through backdoor openings and related processes.
• Supports store operations, including cash handling, repairs, and maintaining store cleanliness and appearance.
