Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management with necessary system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues.
• Supports order processing, pricing updates, and back-room organization per policy.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports vendor deliveries.
