Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management; assist with vendor deliveries through back door.
• Register sales with accuracy; review pricing, scans, and voids; maintain inventory and shelf readiness.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance; ensure compliance with pricing signage and local regulations.
