Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management with cash handling and system start-ups.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Hold store keys, assist with vendor deliveries, register sales, and manage pricing and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, assist with displays, pricing changes, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory programs and support maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
