Job summary

Philz Coffee in Beverly Hills is seeking a Team Lead (Shift Supervisor) to supervise daily shift activities and support an energetic team of baristas. You will model high standards of service and craft quality, while fostering a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere.

You will mentor staff, ensure shifts are covered, and help drive Philz Core Values of Obsess Over Customers & Team and Be Kind & Keep it Real. Prior supervisory experience in fast-paced cafes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
• Passion for people and willingness to learn; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift activities and support a dynamic team of baristas.
• Lead by example in cup quality and service with the team.
• Develop relationships with customers and the local community.
• Monitor performance and ensure coverage of shifts and breaks.
• Assist Store Leader with operations and in-store training.
