Philz Coffee is seeking a Team Lead (Shift Supervisor) to supervise daily shift activities, mentor a dynamic team, and uphold the brand promise of exceptional service and drink quality.

You’ll model Philz Core Values while coordinating with the Store Leader on operations, training, and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike. Prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced food/beverage setting is preferred, with flexibility in schedule and a passion for people.
