Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced food & beverage environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shifts and support a dynamic team of baristas.
• Motivate and inspire team members; uphold service and drink quality.
• Model Philz Core Values and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and the local community.
• Assess performance and ensure coverage of shifts and breaks.
• Communicate team performance to Store Leaders and other Shift Supervisors.
• Support promotions and new hires through in-store training.
• Assist Store Leader with operations and administrative duties.
• Lead safety programs and maintain Philz safety standards.
