Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations and coach a team in a fast-paced setting. You will lead shifts, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold Taco Bell standards for food quality and service.

Responsibilities include coaching Team Members, handling customer concerns, and assisting the GM with staffing and daily cash and inventory controls. Competitive hourly pay and incentives accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant/retail experience (preferred 3 months shift lead).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage a team.
• Ability to manage cash handling, inventory, and labor policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and coach Team Members.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and ensure neat, clean presentation.
• Assist GM with candidate screening and daily operations.
• Support Profit & Loss management through cash controls and inventory.
