Taco Bell in Provo, UT is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll support MIC routines, manage labor, and help uphold food safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year in restaurant/retail and 3 months of shift lead experience, plus strong communication and leadership skills. Tour/ownership mindset encouraged, with opportunities in training and advancement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership, and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs.).
• Attendance and punctuality a must.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC Success Routine to maintain customer-focused service.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and keep a neat appearance.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates and managing labor.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, cooking, and holding times.
