Qualifications

• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Has reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair treatment and lawful compliance.
• Offer coaching and feedback to team members.
• Report safety concerns to manager/HR.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
• Monitor inventory and cash procedures.
