Qualifikationen

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Basic math skills and cash handling.
• Attendance and punctuality are a must.

Aufgaben

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell's standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members to success; provide feedback.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Assist GM with screening Team Member candidates and training.
• Support P&L management by following cash control and labor procedures.
• Oversee food safety, quality, and proper product preparation.
