Job summary

Desert De Oro Foods Inc. seeks a Shift Lead for Taco Bell operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, and ensure high standards of service, food safety, and accuracy of orders.

You will work with the GM to screen candidates, manage cash and inventory, and uphold health and safety protocols, while delivering a positive guest experience across all interactions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to move up to 45 lbs.
• Flexible day/evening/night shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and execute the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee team tasks and ensure food safety, quality, and timely orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of Team Members.
• Assist with cash control, inventory management, and labor scheduling.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed and facility is maintained.
