Job summary

Desert De Oro Foods Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to drive shift execution at a Taco Bell location in Glendale, AZ.

You will lead a fast-paced team, coach employees, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Responsibilities include overseeing shift duties, ensuring food safety and order accuracy, managing cash controls, inventory, and labor, and assisting with hiring and training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs., stand, bend, and reach.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to meet Taco Bell's standards and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach and guide team members to achieve shift goals.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and labor management.
• Provide feedback to GM on team member performance and training needs.
• Maintain health and safety standards and store cleanliness.
