Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet high standards and resolve guest concerns.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality and order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to GM on performance and training needs.
• Handle conflicts and assist with candidate screening.
• Assist with cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Oversee food preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
