Taco Bell in Dearborn Heights, MI is seeking a Shift Lead to drive a fast-paced team, uphold brand standards, coach Team Members, resolve customer concerns, and partner with the GM on initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication, management and organizational skills
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach team to meet Taco Bell standards
• Oversee completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances
• Ensure food safety, quality and order accuracy
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations
• Provide feedback to GM on team performance
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates
• Assist GM with labor, inventory and cash control
