Job summary

Taco Bell in Michigan is seeking a Shift Lead who will drive the team with energy, coach associates, resolve customer concerns, and uphold high standards to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. You will run daily operations with the MIC routine, supervise tasks, monitor food safety and order accuracy, handle cash procedures, and partner with the GM to improve service while embodying Taco Bell's culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs
• Promotes Taco Bell's culture and values
• Operates cash register and makes change as needed

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing MIC routines and prioritizing customer needs
• Oversee shift tasks and maintain clean appearances
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations
• Provide feedback to GM on team performance
• Assist with training and development of Team Members
• Assist GM with labor, inventory, and cash control procedures
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety compliance
