DoorDash DashMart in Arizona is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to manage daily operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will own your shift, oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, supervise teammates, and ensure orders are filled accurately while maintaining safety and quality.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with Google Docs/Sheets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy products.
• Food handling certificate (training provided by DoorDash)
• Flexible to work various shifts and sit/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations in warehouse and light kitchen tasks.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customers are informed of issues.
• Lead Operations Associates and ensure safe, productive work environment.
• Support day-to-day tasks across warehouse and kitchen and model positive behavior.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance quality and customer experience.
