Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage local fulfillment center operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will oversee inventory, safety, and training while coordinating with teammates to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail environments preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, and move heavy products; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of shifts, ensuring warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customers are informed of issues.
• Guide Operations Associates through shifts and escalate daily operational concerns.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and lead by example.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
