Job summary

Taco-Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive a fast-paced restaurant forward. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, and ensure guest satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine and resolving issues promptly.

You’ll partner with the GM on business initiatives, screen candidates, manage labor, and help maintain health and safety standards. Requires 18+ with 1 year restaurant/retail experience.
