Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service.
• Coach and guide Team Members to achieve shift goals.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Support GM with candidate screening and performance feedback.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and labor management.
• Uphold health, safety and food quality standards.
