Job summary

Taco Bell in Hobbs, NM is seeking a Shift Lead to energize the team, coach teammates, and uphold Taco Bell's standards during busy shifts. You will manage daily operations, resolve customer concerns, and support the GM with hiring and training while ensuring food safety and fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Access to dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet standards and coach team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints quickly.
• Oversee completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearance.
• Provide regular feedback to GM on performance and training needs.
• Assist GM with screening Team Member candidates and hiring.
• Assist with cash control, inventory, and labor management.
