Taco Bell is hiring a Shift Lead to drive team performance on busy shifts. You’ll lead with energy, coach team members, and partner with management to execute store initiatives. Your role involves maintaining product quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to cash and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience, 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC (Manager in Charge) routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist with training Team Members and staffing needs.
• Handle conflicts constructively and support GM resolutions.
• Assist GM with screening Team Member candidates and labor management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times and assist with facility maintenance.
