Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive teams, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with management to execute key business initiatives, maintain food safety and service standards, and provide coaching feedback to Team Members.

A background in retail/restaurant and strong communication are required. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, resolving issues, assisting in hiring and training, and supporting cash control and inventory

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to move up to 45 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet quality standards.
• Oversee team tasks and ensure MIC success routine.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Coach and train Team Members; provide feedback to GM.
• Assist with candidate screening and hiring decisions.
• Support cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accurate order prep.
