Job summary

Taco Bell in the United States seeks a Shift Lead to guide shifts with energy, coach the team, and uphold Taco Bell's standards. You will resolve customer concerns, ensure safety, and drive a positive guest experience.

You’ll partner with the GM on business initiatives and help shape the restaurant's future in a fast-paced setting. As the MIC, you’ll lead, coach, and assess Team Members, handle cash control, inventory, and labor, and promote Taco Bell's culture and values while delivering

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC success routines.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Offer ongoing constructive feedback to Team Members.
• Actively participate in training Team Members.
• Assist the GM with screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Assist the GM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
