Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a fast-paced team, coach employees, and uphold Taco Bell's high standards. You’ll take ownership, resolve guest concerns, and drive results during each shift.

You’ll oversee food safety, quality, and timely order fulfillment, help screen candidates with the GM, manage labor, and reinforce the brand’s culture so every guest leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience required.
• 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach team to meet standards.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist GM with candidate screening and labor management.
• Handle conflicts constructively and drive resolution.
