Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accessibility to dependable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's high standards.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and ensure clean, neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance and training.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates and managing labor.
• Support Profit & Loss by following cash control procedures, inventory, and labor management.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, cooking, and holding times.
• Ensure health and safety standards are always followed.
